How It Works

Transform your drill into a train horn by replacing internal parts with the included compressor and harness. This kit is engineered to fit most Milwaukee impact drill shells. Some modifications may be needed depending on the model (grinding may be required).

DIY Build Steps

  1. Unscrew and remove the clamp shell.
  2. Remove gears, motor, and factory harness.
  3. Fit the shell to match the air compressor.
  4. Install the new harness and connect compressor terminals.
  5. Attach your Milwaukee battery and confirm the compressor powers on.
  6. Screw back the shell securely.
  7. Drill 2 holes for bolts on the back side of the shell.
  8. Mount horns using included bolts.
  9. Connect the air hose to compressor and horns.
  10. Enjoy your custom-built Milwaukee train horn!
